Please note that there are two different apps available: Confluence Cloud and Confluence Server. This particular version is for cloud instances. If you are unable to log in, make sure to confirm with your Confluence administrator that you are working on a cloud instance. If your instance is self-hosted (server), choose the Confluence Server app.
